Setup will begin at 2pm.  Scouts and guests should plan to arrive at 2:45pm. Ceremony will start at 3pm sharp.

Cub Scout graduation is quickly approaching and we need to communicate a few details:

• Graduation will be at Spring Woods UMC on Sunday, May18th, from 3-5PM. It should be shorter than 2Hrs but that’s what we’re scheduling for just in case. The church is located on the South-side of FM1960, between Kuykehdahl & I45. The address is 17ll FM1960W (Map attached). Please forward this information to your parents.

• We will need 1 Adult volunteer and 1 Scout volunteer from each Den to help make the Graduation a success. The Scout volunteer will participate in either the opening or closing Flag ceremony. The Adult volunteer cannot be YOU; you’ll be busy with your boys & with them on stage for their ceremonies. The adults will be needed to do the following:
• Create a Slide Show (Den? – 1 adult)
• Program/Bi-fold Handout (Den14 - S.Williams)
• Make & bring Deep Dark Red Liquid (cherry koolaid) (Den 1 – Kandyce Irwin)
• Make & bring Wolf Biscuits (dog-bone shaped cookies) (Den 1 – Kandyce Irwin)
• Buy/prepare/set-out Refreshments (Dens? – 2 adults needed here)
• Wolf-O-Matic Transport & Operator (Dens? – 2 Non-Tiger Rank Parents needed here)
  • Change Tigers Neckerchiefs in Wolf-O-Matic & press button to set-off light/buzzer.
  • Remove Wolf-O-Matic after Tiger ceremony.
  • This person should be a Bear or Webelos parent so as not to conflict w/their kids ceremony
• Herder/escorter (Dens? – 3 adults)
  • Get boys/dens queued up prior to end of previous-rank-ceremony completion.
  • After each Rank ceremony has completed, herd the boys/parents back to their sets (or to the picture are).

• The above tasks are first-come-first-served, so reply ASAP. Stephanie’s already snagged up the ‘Program’ slot for Den14.
• As with last year, this meeting will consist of an awards presentation (like a regular Pack Meeting) followed by the Graduation ceremonies.
