The schedule is as follows:

11:00 am – 12 noon   
 Registration and inspection.  Registrants must be in line by 12 noon in order to register their car for the race.
11 am
Lunch and snack concessions will be available beginning at 11:00 am, including nachos, hot dogs, and barbecue sandwiches, for minimal charges.
12 noon – 1  pm  Voting is open to scouts for best design and best decorated car.
1pmVoting for best design and best decorated car closes.
1pm Races begi
  • Racing is set up in heats. 
  • Each scout will race their car in four heats. 
  • Scout ranks will be mixed in the heats, so a Tiger may race against a Bear and 2 Webelos in a heat, but final times will be compared to the appropriate rank for placement (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
